Chudovo CEO Dmytro Chudov traveled to Dallas, Texas to apply his expertise and develop a roadmap for optimizing Kelly-Moore Paints IT systems and processes organization using the latest software technologies and innovations. As part of the audit, recommendations were developed to improve the work of various departments, from the production itself to the organization of negotiations with contractors and security and risk management checks.
The past 2022 year was marked by the Russian aggression war. Business activity in key markets was stabilized, which positively affected the performance of the Chudovo team. Flexible remote, office or hybrid work models combined with effective management practices have allowed the company to achieve expected results. Current projects have received the new impulse and scopes of work, new clients joined us, as well as development partners. The geography of the company has significantly expanded, now our new colleagues work in Chudovo from several new countries, including Israel, Uzbekistan and others.
This year Chudovo joined thousands of other tech companies at Web Summit.

During the active phase of the pandemic, the Chudovo team has successfully proven that they remain efficient and focused on achieving the best results for their clients within the remote or hybrid work mode. For some time, the Kyiv office of the company was practically empty, but now more and more employees are returning to work in the office. In connection with this, the company decided to move to a new, more modern office in Kyiv.
The past year, like the previous one, was marked by the COVID pandemic, nevertheless, business activity in key markets began to grow, which positively affected the performance of the Chudovo team.
