Chudovo hat das Remote Arbeitsmodell für alle zur Pflicht gemacht, um Coronavirus-Erkrankung bei den Mitarbeitern zu vermeiden. Die Umstellung haben auch unsere Kunden erlebt. Derzeit werden alle Arbeitsprozesse vom zuhause aus abgewickelt. Tägliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Teammanagement, Festlegen von Aufgaben, Schreiben von Code, Bugfixing, Demos, Datentransfer und andere damit verbundene Aktivitäten finden im gewöhnlichen Rhytmus statt.
Chudovo setzt aktiv mit vorhandenen Projekten fort und nimmt auch neue Projekte auf. Die Entwicklungsteams arbeiten im normalen Modus an den Projekten und stehen den Kunden immer zur Verfügung. Die Erfüllung aller Verpflichtungen gegenüber Kollegen, Kunden und Partnern war ist und wird immer der Hauptwert unseres Unternehmens sein. Shifting to a remote working environment was a preventive measure due to the current situation in-house and on the customer’s side. Currently all our departments carry out active work processes from home office and projects stay in the phase of active development. Daily communication with clients, team management, setting tasks, writing code, code reviews, demos, results transfer and other related activities take place.
